Refrigeration field service technician • Brooks County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Brooks County, Georgia. You will be based on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. What we are looking for: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms The role involves clean condenser and evaporator coils; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; service split AC units and VRF systems; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
