Day to day you will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat. Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
