Requirements: • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units Day-to-day duties: • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris 1+ years on the tools preferred.
