Meat cutter wanted in Clearwater County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Clearwater County, Idaho. You will work in a supermarket meat department. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Part-time with flexible hours.
