Powder spray gun operator wanted in Boone County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Boone County, West Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Performance bonus on top of base pay.
