On the job you will handle: • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end You should have: • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app Full-time with occasional weekends.
