Line cook wanted in Allen County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Allen County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 5+ years on the tools preferred.
