Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Louisa County, Iowa. You will work at a shipyard. Ideal candidate: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage On a typical shift you will fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips.
