Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Leslie County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection 5+ years on the tools preferred.
