Line cook — Arkansas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Arkansas County, Arkansas. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
