Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Isi-Uzo, Enugu State. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. Day to day you will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine. You should have: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
