Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete placer in Concho County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Day-to-day duties: • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
