Ceiling and wall plasterer wanted in Yazoo County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a ceiling and wall plasterer in Yazoo County, Mississippi. You will be based at a new-build housing development. The role involves: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits.
