Crane operator • Chester County, South Carolina

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Chester County, South Carolina. You will grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports. You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Able to read load charts and lifting plans 1+ years on the tools preferred.
