Vacuum press operator wanted in Lagos Island Local Government Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Lagos Island Local Government Area, Lagos State. You will be based at a garment factory. On a typical shift you will use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. You should have: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Part-time with flexible hours.
