Brick and block layer wanted in Campbell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Campbell County, Virginia. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. Day to day you will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge. What we are looking for: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
