Safety officer • Henderson County, Tennessee

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety officer in Henderson County, Tennessee. You will check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry. Ideal candidate: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
