Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Prince George County, Virginia. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
