Press setter operator wanted in Katsina

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press setter operator in Katsina, Katsina State. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses On a typical shift you will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; record output and downtime on the production sheet; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
