Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Montgomery County, Maryland. You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
