Bodywork technician — Lincoln County

Join our team: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Lincoln County, North Carolina. You will work at a commercial fleet workshop. The role involves: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
