Vacancy available: back-of-house cleaner (Colorado)

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Saguache County, Colorado. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
