Oven operator wanted in Jackson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Jackson County, Colorado. You will work at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds 3+ years on the tools preferred.
