Cement mason wanted in San Joaquin County

Join our team: we are hiring a cement mason in San Joaquin County, California. The job is in a residential housing project. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods On the job you will handle: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
