You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
