Shuttering carpenter wanted in Greene County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Greene County, Georgia. You will be based at a shopfitting company. What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience On a typical shift you will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
