You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Your main tasks: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs Full-time with occasional weekends.
