Scullery hand — Seward County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Seward County, Nebraska. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
