Natural gas fitter — Marion County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Marion County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections You should have: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Driving licence for travel between sites We offer $130 per day plus benefits.
