We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
