Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Iron County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
