Great opportunity: we are hiring an auto diagnostics technician in Rensselaer County, New York. The job is at a commercial vehicle fleet depot. Day-to-day duties: • Read and clear ECU fault codes • Install alarms, immobilisers and central locking • Repair air-conditioning electrical controls • Repair and re-tape damaged wiring looms • Fit car stereos, reverse cameras and dashcams What we are looking for: • Good colour vision for identifying wire colours • Able to work under the dashboard and bonnet for long periods Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
