Great opportunity: steward (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Madison County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
