Vacancy available: elevator repair technician (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Hancock County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance The role involves: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Six days a week, one day off.
