Urgent requirement: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Washington County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines Full-time, day shift.
