Site safety steward wanted in Pearl River County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in Pearl River County, Mississippi. The job is at an oil and gas facility. On the job you will handle: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points Requirements: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
