We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Delta County, Michigan. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
