Retail butcher wanted in South Tyneside

Now hiring: we are hiring a retail butcher in South Tyneside, England. On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Six days a week, one day off. We offer £2,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
