Urgent requirement: confectioner (Colorado)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Garfield County, Colorado. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
