Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in County of Ceredigion, Wales. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
