Immediate opening: garden maintenance worker (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in McDuffie County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds What we are looking for: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage 4+ years on the tools preferred.
