Join our team: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Maverick County, Texas. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. Your main tasks: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves Requirements: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration 1+ years on the tools preferred.
