Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety marshal in Demsa, Adamawa State. The role involves: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₦6,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
