We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
