The role involves: • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing You should have: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls 1+ years on the tools preferred.
