Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Yadkin County, North Carolina. The job is at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
