Now hiring: we are hiring a road roller operator in McPherson County, Nebraska. You will work at a road-building project. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Understanding of safe digging near underground services You will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels.
