Immediate opening: smash repairer (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Campbell County, Virginia. You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Your main tasks: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
