Immediate opening: kitchen steward (Louisiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
