Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Baca County, Colorado. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Full-time, day shift.
